Our Story
Since 2002, StaffReady has provided the healthcare market with cloud-based, clinical workforce management (WFM) software solutions. Homegrown in Spokane, Washington, StaffReady was one of the first to deliver cloud-based, WFM software solutions to hospital departments, specifically ancillary departments such as labs and pharmacies.
StaffReady started early meeting the need for hospital departments and standalone independent labs and pharmacies wanting to transition from manual to digital solutions for managing staff processes and requirements such as staff scheduling, compliance, competency, checklist and inspection prep tracking. StaffReady replaced paper, binders, spreadsheets and shared drives with an online access point for all things related to operational staff management.

Our History
Started in 1995 as the job shop Maplewood Software in Spokane, WA, the company initially specialized in custom database design and development for companies such as Microsoft, Group Health (now Kaiser Permanente), PacificCorp and others.
The early 2000’s saw development of a proprietary online staff scheduling solution for pharmacies (ScheduleRx) as well as labs (ScheduleLabs). Based on client demand, the following decade the company rebranded and introduced a suite of other solutions, adding StaffReady Competency and Document Control to StaffReady Scheduling to further meet the increasingly difficult operational and regulatory challenges throughout healthcare.
The company boasts clients across North America and has worked internationally as well. We believe our long-term client partnerships demonstrate most clearly our excellence and people-first commitments to product and service delivery.

Our Mission
Improving critical operational task management improves the lives of staff managing these important operations such as lab testing, medication fulfillment, imaging services and others. More time freed up for true department management as well as happier employees ultimately results in better patient care, all outcomes that have always undergirded our thirty year history.
